Fellow Workers

Open Source coding is a social experience where everyone is impacted, and anyone can be involved; everyone is a worker and this is the largest workers co-operative in the world. So we should make sure that are code is ready for any one to step in and take on right? This presentation is about coding with the goal of having someone else who we've never seen being able to step in and add to the project as needed.
